Robert Hartsell to Speak as Respondent at 12th Annual Nelson Symposium at University of Florida

The firm is proud to announce that founding attorney Robert Hartsell accepted an invitation to speak as a respondent for the distinguished 2013 Nelson Symposium held at the University of Florida. The 12th annual Richard E. Nelson Symposium, entitled “Preemption Puzzles: Firearms, Fracking, Foreigners, Fuels, and Farming,” will feature an array of distinguished speakers and respondents examining areas of law where state and federal governments can potentially come into conflict.   The Nelson Symposium will be held on February 8, 2013 at the University of Florida Hilton Conference Center.
