LaHart, P.A. to provide expanded representation to persons with disabilities that rely upon assistance animals, which include trained service animals and emotional support animals. All too often condominium boards and landlords violate the Fair Housing Act by refusing to waive no pet rules for people with legitimate disabilities that genuinely need the companionship and support of an assistance animal, or by making intrusive demands for confidential medical information well beyond what is necessary to verify a person’s need for an accommodation. Wherever you are in Florida, if you have a disability and depend on an assistance animal, we will fight for your right to keep your assistance animal in your own home.
