On Thursday June 23, 2011, Robert Hartsell, Esq. will lecture on advanced select aspects of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to law students enrolled in the Florida International University’s Environmental and Land Use Law Clinic. The lecture will include substantive discussions of NEPA regulations, procedures and its application through high profile case examples. The clinical students will receive training in practice skills and day-to-day practice methods.
